CTO Advice “Watch & Win” Sweepstakes – Official Rules

This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by CTO Advice, a brand of AdviceBrands, LLC, located at 3310 West End Avenue, Suite 250, Nashville, TN 37203 (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility

This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and internet agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household are not eligible to participate or win. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on [Start Date] at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) and ends on [End Date] at 11:59:59 p.m. CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

How to Enter

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants must:

Watch at least three (3) continuous minutes of the designated CTO Advice video presentation (the “Video”); and
Ensure their participation is tracked via Sponsor’s event or content platform.

Each qualifying participant will automatically receive one (1) entry into the random prize drawing.

Participation is free and does not require any purchase or payment. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

Prohibited Content

Any content submitted, shared, or associated with participation must not contain or promote: profanity, obscenity, hate speech, or discriminatory language; defamatory, illegal, or immoral conduct; advertising, spam, or third-party URLs; content that infringes on any third-party rights (including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights); or misrepresentation, impersonation, or unverifiable identity information. Entries or materials in violation of these guidelines may be removed or disqualified at Sponsor’s discretion.

Prizes

Two hundred (200) winners will each receive one (1) $10 Amazon.com Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value “ARV” of each prize: $10). Total prize pool: $2,000. Prizes are awarded “AS IS”, without warranty, and are non-transferable. No substitution, assignment, or cash equivalent is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Amazon.com is not a sponsor of or affiliated with this promotion.

Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor (or its designee) on or about [Drawing Date], from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified via email within approximately seven (7) days of the drawing and must respond within fourteen (14) days to claim their prize. Failure to respond, failure to meet eligibility requirements, or return of undeliverable notification may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Verification of Winners

All winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor may require completion of an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and, if applicable, IRS Form W-9 prior to prize distribution. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099 for prizes as required by law.

General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at any time if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or acts in violation of these Official Rules. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, taxed, or regulated, or where registration or bonding is required. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sponsor, AdviceBrands, LLC, and their affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from participation in this Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize. Released Parties are not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind; unauthorized human intervention; or any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from participation or prize use.

Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes is governed by the AdviceBrands Privacy Policy. By participating, entrants consent to the collection, storage, and processing of their personal data for the administration of this Sweepstakes and in accordance with the Privacy Policy. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes each winner’s consent for Sponsor to use their name, likeness, city, and state of residence for promotional purposes, in any media worldwide, without additional compensation or notice.

Governing Law and Disputes

This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. All disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee. Entrants waive all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, and to have damages multiplied or increased.
